Hendy obtained his Bachelor of Law from Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, and holds a license as Curators and Administrators as issued by the Indonesian Association of Curators and Administrators (IKAPI) in 2019.
He has broad experience in civil and criminal litigations, ranging from the District Court level to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (including Judicial Review or Re-consideration proceedings). Some of civil cases handled by him, among others, are contract disputes, civil suit against tort or wrongful act, conflict on land ownership, and many more. He has also broad experience in handling and settling cases reviewed by the Indonesian National Arbitration Body (BANI). Many corporate legal matters such as contract drafting and contract review were also handled by him satisfactory.
Hendy also has broad experience in criminal litigation for fraud, embezzlement, corruption, and many more.
